Keep the flavors of summer alive with this yummy peach and blackberry smoothie, which features an extra punch of goodness from Chia and Flax seeds.
Blackberry Peach Smoothie
- 1 Banana
- 1 Ripe Peach
- 1 cup Backberries
- ~3 tablespoons Greek Yogurt (or Peach flavored yogurt!)
- 1-2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 1-2 tablespoons Flax Seeds
- Squirt of honey
- 1 cup Water or Almond Milk
Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Enjoy this yummy and healthy treat! Tip: Freeze the fruit and you won't need to use ice!
Make it vegan! Replace the water and yogurt for almond milk.
