Spray Tan Review + GIVEAWAY

VersaSpa

I was recently invited by Sunless, Inc., creators of VersaSpa, to try out their spray tan both and decided this past Labor Day weekend would be perfect. I have only ever had a personal spray tan several years before (four to be exact!) and wasn't happy with the results-- it was on the orange side and streaked on my legs-- I have been sticking with at-home self-tanners ever since.

I headed over to a local tanning salon in my neighborhood which offers both UV and sunless tanning. Since it was my first time using a sunless tanning booth, Allie went over how it worked, step-by-step instructions and answered any questions I had-- thank you, Allie! The booth was located in it's own private room so I could change and tan in privacy.

I was only in the room about 10 minutes total between changing and actually getting the tan. It was so easy and very quick. The booth also dries the tanner so you can immediately put your clothes back on. So, how did it turn out?

Amazing! The tan came out natural and developed slightly darker as the day went on. I waited until the next day to shower so my tan had adequate time to develop. I am absolutely happy with the results and for about $30-$40 it is worth it, especially if you have a wedding, vacation or event coming up, or if you just want to prolong your summer glow through fall. My friend, who had her own spray tanning nightmare years ago, even commented that it looked really great-- phew! To ensure your tan comes out looking great, I advise you read my self-tanning tips.

Now for the awesome part-- Sunless, Inc. is offering one of my readers a gift card for your own sunless tanning experience. Enter to win using the Rafflecopter below-- good luck!

  1. One thing to remember is to use a darker foundation when you get a spray tan. :)

  3. Been there, done that. Not happy. I would rather be white, pale is pretty especially on Nicole Kidman.

Thanks for being with us at Fashion item Friday!!! ♥, Renae
