When I visit the Disneyland Resort, one of my favorite places to visit is Trader Sam's Enchanted Tiki Bar, especially during the holidays. The cute lil tiki bar is decked out-- complete with kitchy holiday-themed tiki decor, a snow covered volcano and festive rum drinks. One of my favorite cocktails there is the Red Nosed Zebra-- here is my version below made with Caliche Rum
Santa's Strawberry Sipper
1.5 oz. Caliche Rum
1 oz. Strawberry Puree
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Lime Juice
1 oz. Agave Nectar
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into glasses filled with crushed ice and garnish if desired (cranberries, strawberries, sprig of mint or even rosemary).
