I'm always drawn to products that are easy to use and deliver a big impact-- butter LONDON's LIPPY Bloody Brilliant Lip Crayons
definitely deliver on both counts. The glide on easily and smoothly, deliver high-intensity color yet have the high-intensity shine of a gloss. The formula, which includes marula oil and mango seed oil, is ultra moisturizing as well and helps create a smoother more even lip tone.
Each lip crayon includes a removable sharpener in the cap, however don't make the mistake like a certain someone did and accidentally put the cap on without the sharpener piece. Ooops!
I love the creamy, smooth texture of these lip crayons along with the fact that it's basically two products in one-- lip liner and lip stick! The color pigmentation of these lip crayons is nothing short of amazing-- if you want to go bold with your lips then this is what you need. My favorite shades are Teddy Boy and Disco Biscuit, which are both on the more subdued side and can be worn any day.
At $20 each, they are on the steeper price range, but the color payoff is worth it if you're looking for a bold lip color that lasts. The product stayed on my lips for hours, although I would have to reapply after eating and drinking.
Below are a couple images with swatches, including how the shades look on my lips:
|Disco Biscuit is a pretty buttergum pink, Teddy Boy is a lovely rosy shade (LOVE!), Trout Pout is a bold light coral/salmon hue, Tea With The Queen is a light true nude, Ruby Murray is a deep berry red, Primrose Hill is a bright tropical pink, and Toff is a darker grape red. The eighth shade in the Lippy Bloody Brilliant Lip Crayon collection is Ladybird (not pictured), you can read my review here.|
